hey my name is tim im 22 years old i have been playing soccer for 18 years i have been working out almost all my life and still have problem shaping my lower abs i have have tryed every thing you can think of from diet to abb exerciese and still and still can't get it, genetics suck, any sugestions?
Really take a look at your diet. Try reducing your carbs and increasing your protein intake to offset the balance. Here's a warning on diet though; Make sure you're not creating too much of a calorie deficit otherwise your body will do it's best to hold on to what fat you have left.
