About a year ago I gained 20 pounds. I just recently lost all 20 and a little more. At this point in time I am just trying to tone up and lose my lower belly fat. I had a little lower belly fat before and now I still have some. I run about 4 miles everyday and lift weights. i work out my abs 3 times a week and I eat really well. I need some advice on some things I can do to lose it. I started with my stomach being 35 inches it is now 29 1/2 inches. I measure my stomach and I believe that with all belly fat gone I would be like 26 1/2 or 26. I need some advice thank you

Define "eat really well." That might be the key. Your diet has to be fairly clean to lose the belly fat.

It just takes time, keep up what you're doing and it'll melt off in time. Just maintain a healthy diet and make sure you're getting enough proteins and nutrients.

A good possibility is it might be skin folds might need plastic surgery.

Keep up the running intensify a tad..add more sprints and contine lifting
