does anyone know of any lower body exercises that can help develop muscle on your legs, that you could do at home?
i'm tryin to strengthen my legs so i can hopefully be faster and get injured less

any help would be greatly appreciated

you can do lunges, and sissy squats, and stand on the stairs and do calf raises
