Hello I was wondering how I can develop my lower chest. I am sick of theese man boobs. I have heard decline will help this but, my freetrainers program does not incorporate this excersize. Thanks - Mike

Mike, even though your ft program doesn't incorporate it, you can still include it in your routine. Decline bench, db press, flyes all work the lower chest, but the key to getting rid of man boobs is diet. When you lose weight and work the entire chest, you'll see improvement.

try doing some dumbell pull sovers a s wel as when u do any kind of fly as u coem up turn ur hands so ur pinkys r in the inside, it engages th elower pecs a lil more, but the key to flys is don't let the weights touch, keep them about 5 ins apart and squeeze it there, also doing dips with ur head down leaned over a lil bit and not locking ur arms out at the top works the lower pecs nicely

Decline bench, or weighted dips on the dip bar....making sure to lean foward!

Well be sure to try push ups but i don't think that they would do much. Weighted dips on the dip bar are superb as temperoath said.
