I'm new here and was just curious about the benefits of cutting down on diary. Milk in particular, I love the Fat Free HOOD Carb Countdown Diary beveage, like I don't how that could possibly be bad for my diet. I also love the Vanilla Creme Blue Bunney Carb Freedom Yogurt, even though they do have like 5 grams of fat.
