every website magazine and person has told me a good lower body excersize is the lunge and when i do them its extremly awkard when i do it on one side which makes me give up. oh and by awkard i mean i cant keep my foot straight like the other one and it goes to the side. can anyone tell me the correct form for a lunge

Dillon, at the top of the page click on health resources. Then click on fitness resources. tThen click on thighs and glutes. Then scroll down and hit the right arrow twice. There you will find a description of lunges and illustrations. Good luck
