ok i know i ask alot of questions on lunges but i just have one more, do lunges help slim down legs or build muscle? oh and the same question applys for squats thanks a bunch:love:

Depends on how you do them. High number of reps and with a low number of sets with little or no weight will slim them. Low number of reps with high number of sets with heavy weight will build muscle.

Hello! I'm new here, and I've finally decided to jump aboard. I did a search about inner thigh flab because my thighs are the most loathed area on my body. Will squats and lunges get rid of the rubbing that occurs in that area? Thanks!!:)
