just got back from gym with another question when i saw response...darn, now should i go back to gym and do the other half or should i just log what i did? also, when i use barbells, do i log the weight on each barbell or do i log the combined weight? thanks again.......calebfl

What weight you log should not matter...just be consistent and log it the same way week after week.

Total combined weight. That would also include the weight of the barbell itself.
