Hey there, i'm kinda new at this too. I've been trying to stay on a exercise/balance food plan and i have, its been about 1 month now. My problem is my luv handles. Does anyone have any good excerises for this not so cute problem.

Try FT's 12 week ab program. Good one with good results.
That's the muscles now the fat.... diet is the only answer to that one.
Start now and you'll make anybody jealous on the beach till summer!!

Sounds like a plan if you have machines available, but i do not so how can i get the great abs, and no luv handles with just basics.

Oh but you don't need any machines to work your abs!!!!
Crunches, twists and leg raises......

I'm using the ab program now, you'll be really surprised what you can do.
