I have been training with machines only, but can't tell if I have a good workout or not! Does anyone know where I can find a routine that uses only machines, that I can follow?

The way you can tell if you've had a good workout is by judging how sore you are the next day. Some soreness is good, but if you cant walk the next day you went a little overboard! If you're not sore even in the slightest, then you need to add more weight or sets for each lift. Machines aren't bad per say, but you will never hit your true strength potential without mixing some free weights in.

Is there a reason you use only machines? A combination will work more of your muscles.
You can choose either programs or both on freetrainers.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.
