I will begin my new workout program on Monday. However, I do not have machines available for a few of my exercises. These are the machine squats, machine crunches, and cable crunches. I need some advice on alternative methods.

I suggest you start training with free weights....you'll build auxillary muscles..which stabilize your primary muscles....and you'll get faster/bigger benefits...
however...
you can do squats the way they are most commonly done....in a rack ...get under a bar....now lift up...the bar should be on ur traps....neck/upper back...with arched back(nice and tight)...with legs shoulder width...eyes straight ahead...pretend like u're sitting down...go down to parallel or a little below...then go back up.
you can also do smith machine squats which is a bar fixed with cables....same technique...this will be easier because u don't have to stabilize the weight...however all momentun is pretty much eliminated....
u cna do crunches on the floor, bench, decline bench...cable crunches...u can do on the floor or a bench...you can use rope attachment...and have the rope go around ur neck ....like this... 0 ].....<<<..and grasp the ends with ur arms...keep theelbows as close to ur body as u can...
you can also do crunches on a physioball...as well as cables crunches...
