I need help, yet again. I lost motivation for a while and now i am back. Two years ago, I went from 182 to 133. yet, now I am 156 and have been working out for 3 weeks and have lost nothing. I am eating better and exercising 5 times a week. Some advice is seriously needed.
Anyways more about me. I am 26 and a college student/adolescent therapist. I am working on my MPA (Master Public/Private Administration)and plan on graduating in May 2008. I study and work hard and that is really it. I make time for my younger sisters and my health. Nice to meet everyone.

Do your clothes fit any different than they did three weeks ago? Don't use the scale to measure success. Yes, it's a tool, but not a be all end all for weight loss and body change. Perhaps you are adding muscle at the same time as you are losing fat? What are you eating? What's your routine?
