the wrestling season is starting sson and i will just be trying to maintain mass but i wont have very much time to get to the gym. i will be able to get to the gym 3 times a week for about an hour. does anyone have any ideas of what kind of routine i should use? i was thinking about using 3 full body workouts a week

I don't like working out any bodypart more than once a week. I very rarely will hit a bodypart twice. I also lift very heavy, not so much going for a powerlifting max lift, but just going for strenght and mass. I either lift 4 or 3 times a week. I prefer the four times and that is why I said it first. It alows me to hit each muscle that much harder. When I do hit it 3 time a week here is what I do. Bench, tri's and bi's. Legs, shoulders, and traps. Back, abs, forearms. Some people will hit their shoulders with the bench, but I've found that my shoulders are shot after a heavy bench (especially incline workout.) I keep my reps between 4-6 after warmup. I would find sometime to add in some good neck workout if you don't hit it during wrestling practice.
