Hey guys. I know for a fact(at least I'm pretty sure) that I am still under eating. I had 2 really really bad days, and got back on track yesterday.

I'm going to be putting every single thing I put in my mouth over the next week(including yesterday and today) into the nutrition calculator, in an attemp to find what my mantinence calories are. I'm guessing they are somewhere between 1200-1500 a day.

In order to lose weight based on a high protien, medium fats, lower carbs diet, I will still need to slowly add on to my maintinence total and take it higher before I can actually start decreasing calories right? TIA

Adding 100 gr. of carbs per day along with your needed protein for a week or so should re-establish base metabolism, thus thyroid output.
