I started wrestling season at 10% bodyfat and 138 lbs I was benching 190 and squatting 270. then when wrestling season rolled arround I dropped weight to wrestle the 119 pound weight class, but I lost track of my bodyfat percentage. then when wrestling was over I benched 165 pounds and squated 235 pounds. does anyone know why I lost so much strenght?

Losing 19 lbs. of bodyweight is instrumental. Especially with someone your frame size. Also, how did you lose this weight, was it in a hurry to make weight class? Over how much time? Chances are you lost a bit of muscle if you lost the weight too fast and didn't have your diet in order.
