making a pump last

	2006/12/21, 09:03 PM you didnt listen to Ka....what does your pump and waiting to drink your PWO shake have to do with each other....? why do you care about the 'pump'? it's just lactic acid not being effeciently used by your body for fuel....which tells me that you're probably doing too much endurance work...

Like after doing a set of heavy curls and really pushing yourself for the last 2 or three reps. 	2006/12/22, 10:52 PM devin it's good to think over your questions before you ask them. A good question is often better than the answer you get. A question also can give a good clue about the person. Also asking it in powerlifting forum sort of sets you up for flack you receive. This site is very G-rated....on many other S/P sites you'd get flamed.....so a flame retardent jacket and hat would be in order... mutt is a bit cranky....time to go eat some more raw meat.....and wrestle crocodiles.....but I totally understand his position....and if you dont like the rules of this site then you dont need to post here...plenty of other sites you can choose from....

Not the part about being a paying suscriber but ther part about some people having bulletins talking about sex and having sex in the headline. If one could do it all should be able to do it. Here are some actual headlines of the bulletins i found: "greater sex advice", "bodybuilding and sex", sex,sex and more sex!", "hubby selfish with sex" and "exercise and sex performance" Don't get mad at me mutt.
