some eggs? some milk? how can u be on a tight budget? protein shakes that i pay for probablyl run out cheaper and way easyier and better then making ur own with own ingridients :O

Pasteurized egg whites (I vary the amnt), 1/2 cup low/nonfat yogurt, 1/4 banana (frozen thickens it more) and 1/2 cup orange juice make tasty well balanced drinks...I also add flax meal to it for some good EFAs...I usually add 1/2 scoop vanilla protein pwd too

Protein pwd initially may sound expensive but when you break it down per meal it really isn't.
