Hi! I'm 16, 5'5 or 5'6 and weight 130lbs or like 133lbs. I want abs a 6-pack but how do I get that? and I want do I eat? Please somebody tell me?

I would recomend that you re post this into the beginning weight training area of this web site. Some of the older guys who have been at this for a while will be able to gove you some great advice on how to reach your goals. You should also fill out your profile so they can be even more helpful. ( I apologize that I can not be of more help but I am kind of new here too! I have posted several questions and gotten great advice though. :)

If you get your body fat % lower than 10% fat, then your abs will show (and you can develop them even more then). I have about 8% fat i think, and my abs are ok even though i don't train them at all.

i WANT TO CUT DOWN IN MY FAT% OR JUST LOOKED MORE RIPPED CAN ANYONE TELL ME A GOOD WORKOUT THAT HELPED THEM? i BENCH 285 AND WEIGH 220 I'M 5'11 OR 6'0 PLEASE HELP

First off if you want a 6 pack you have to train them like any other muscle, maybe a couple times a week with plenty of time for the muscles to rest in between workouts. You will also have to eat 5 or 6 meals of good protien, good fats, low carbs, drink alot of water. Chicken, fish, lean beef, veggies and good meal replacement shakes will help.

You got all the answers here. First clean up your diet. Getting the "cut" look is done in the kitchen followed by a good ab routine such as the one on here, and yes body fat % has to be in the low #'s. Good Luck.
