is it okay to use these all the time? i mean post workout of course...but is ther a time when you should stop using it? i tried to find the post that run put up but cant find it....
About the only time you shouldn't use these tools is the very last week before a contest when glycogen depleting. You need to adjust your levels you use as you diet of course, but recovery is always essential to maintaining lean tissue. And it is malto and dextrose.
