Some guys just carry that last little bit of fat in their chest. I am one of them. Nothing you can do but keep shedding body fat.

As a guy that had them as well ( I was tested for female breast tissue too) I can say there are 2 ways to get rid of them. One is diet and exercise (if they are all fatty tissue). The other is by surgery....meaning that they are actualy made up of real breast tissue. I had to go in for a mammogram to find out. I lost 75lbs and 90% of it is gone. Mine were made up of fat. If you have a lower body fat % and still have them go see a doctor.-------------- FOR MY WIFE: Her little ring was a little thing but it was all that i could afford now shes mine all mine till the day i die and i never wanted nothing more 7707mutt@freetrainers.com |

That's a great question. I'm interested to see what people have to say about it. My brother just kept loosing weight and really became very thin and still have man boobs. He has had them as long as I can remember from childhood. Watching and waiting right along with ya sunshine! :surprised:

You are wrong about the focusing on his lower pecs having anything to do with the result.

Well if he lost weight and fat then focused on declined bench press that does shape the lower pec region so I'm sure it would have some effect on it.

First of all, there is no lower pec. You can not just build part of a muscle. Second...have an effect on what? The bottom line is that he needs to lose fat to kill the boobs. That is it.

obviously your not getting what im saying i know losing fat will make the man breast go away but with gaining more muscle on his pecs that would help. Doing decline bench press gives you a sqaure shaped pec region near the bottom of your pectoral muscles. If im wrong im wrong but by lifting differently you get different results.

No, it doesn't. You can't shape the chest muscle different by doing different movements. Doing different movements will help to stimulate better growth, but it is going to develop into the same shape no matter what. Beside the question was not how to build the chest. It was how to get rid of chest fat/man boobs. Gaining more muscle is irrelevant if the fat is still there.

Understandable. He should just pull a tom hanks and get standed on an island I'm sure that would help the fat loss lol.

Ive always told myself, if i had boobs, id quit my job and stay home and play with them all day.-------------- How do you feel? That is the question But I forget.. you dont expect an easy answer When something like a soul becomes Initialized and folded up like paper dolls and little notes You cant expect a bit of hope So while youre outside looking in Describing what you see Remember what youre staring at is me. ---------- Get busy living or get busy dying. Another thing that you could try is a wide gripped bench press, I would aim for 3x15, not saying it would work for sure, but just an idea

I don't know that any of the bench press exercises are going to help the issue. Women are often told to do presses to build pec muscles under the breast tissue to make their breasts look perkier, but I don't think that's doc's goal.
