I am about 300 to 330 lbs. I'm trying to lose as much weight as I can and get ready as much as I can before going to Navy bootcamp. It's not that I am scared of boot camp.It's that I am scared of not profilling the physical demands that are going to expected of me and also not living up to the expectations of anyone there even though I am doing this mainly for myself. I might be leaving in December,January, or maybe even May but I trying to be ready by December. I know it's going to be difficult but my question is if anyone could give me any idea of what to do? I would gladly appreciate it. And its not like I'm doing it alone, my best friend is going with me and we are going to train together.
