Can anyone help me with what i should be eating while training for a marathon??? We run 5 days a week, 2miles, 5miles, 2miles, 5miles then a long run on the weekends 8miles (increasing every week)
I've started gaining weight but have been eating healthy. I'm confused as to why the scale is going up.
I also play indoor soccer twice a week and walk 4 miles 3 times per week. All this exercise should be paying off.
(I'm 5'2" 115 pounds 25% BODY FAT) Goal would be 110 with less body fat
Someone HELP ME PLEASE I'm getting very frustrated.
