Hello, ive been talking many many supplements,muscle milk, 1850 gainer, 2500 fuel, and mega whey extreme, non seem to work does any one have an idea of a MASS drink that doesnt taste like crap.......and by the way has any one hurd of the mass macrobolic stuff??

Try Real Gains. I like the taste; low sugars (5g); blend of micellar casein and whey; MCTs and Flax. Works for me...

I just started taking Muscle Mass 2544 from Fitness Warehouse. I've been told by managers at these types of stores that it must be taken consistently, not to miss a day, and gains should be noticed in a three month period.
My suggestion is to eat a lot of carbs in regular foods, along with a supplement high in carbs as a bonus.:cool:
