im going to start an 8 week mass program from FT...and i noticed the reps are quite high for mass construction...for those who already have gone through the program, does the # of reps decrease with each progressing week? or..

No, it doesn't increase. The 12 week program has low reps, for example, 12-8-6-4.

i am aware of that, i guess you miss-read the post. i asked if the reps DECrease as the weeks go by :)?

Yes the number of reps will change. The first set (with all the reps) is just a warm up set (so don't worry about that one)

I don't ever recall the reps decreasing on a weekly basis, I believe it remains the same (the entire pyramid that is)
