One more quick question. For the 12 week mass program. I just started it yesterday. Anyways, when you put your information in for that week does it tell you the following week how much you should lift and what you lifted last time or something to that matter??????

No it does not tell you how much you should lift. However, you can track your progress from week to week by going into charts.
The reason why it doesn't do this is because you could lift lighter weights on one week vs. another. When you input your weekly weights, you can then track your overall progress with charts.

Use the past weeks as a guide to what you should lift the following week. The charts are awesome and its a great way to track your progress!

I think it should tell you how much in weight to lift. This is just my opinion, but it should say how much I should lift according to last weeks lifts and how much I did. All this program does is tell me how many reps to lift? I am not trying to knock it at all, but wouldn't it be better if it told me how many reps and what weight I should be lifting?

I see your point but if I was doing it from ft's perspective I wouldn't waste the data storage space trying to get the program to guess what you should lift. Too many variables, the intensity that you work out at being the biggest.

That's right. There may be some weeks where you may actually lift less in weights. So when that happens, won't that tend to psychologically motivate you negatively? I certainly wouldn't want to see that in my program (just my personal preference).
