Ive been working out for a quite a while. My chest is only medium size. I want to know if having a full extension on bench and other extersizes getting that full stretch can help build it more. Im used to bringing it about a couple of cent. from my chest then going back up.

My chest isnt small I would just liek to see it a lot bigger ;)

Try changing your routine regularly. My advice: try EVERYTHING! I'd love to tell you what works and what doesn't, but everyone's body is different; what works for Ronny Coleman may not work for you. Unfortunately, sometimes there's just not much we can do. Genetics dictate a lot when it comes to our overall physique. Just do whatever you can to try to conquer your genetic limitations. Good luck.

alot depends too on findingt he right reps and weight that works for u .......high weight low reps build stength, while high reps moderate weight body build.......persoannly i think its finding the " right" combination of both, try all different reps schems, try different excercises do 5x5s or 10x10s try more dumbell excersices and don't always depend on bench pressing, the bench press is not actually the best excercise for chest even though everyoen thinks so.......decline actually hits more muscle fibers( thanx to bb1 teling me this)

That sounds like it makes sense too. I can always bench more weight on decline than flat bench. Therefore you'd think the decline bench would have to incorporate more muscle fibers to lift the added weight.

not to mention, ur rib cage and shpe of the mucles will dictat exacly how big ur chest can get, cause the muscles them selves will only get so big.......arnold swartznagers chest was 58in he had a massive rib cage on top of very big and high chest muscles..............but he swears that dumbells pull overs helped expand his rib cage and increased is lung capacity but i duno about all that

The pullovers must have helped him when he was man-pregnant in the move Jr. too.
