anyone ever tried the max-ot (maximum overload training) workout by ast? heres the link-http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/intro.asp... i need a fast workout since my coach only gives us like 50 minutes to workout before we gota go outside and do agilities and what not, and i really can not get a good hard workout in... just wondering if anyone has tried this before and what type of results you got.. btw im just interested in building up strength first size 2nd... dont really care about definition right now... thx

Did it for a good while, still use some variations of it alot. It will build your strength for the most part rather than size(and this is what you are wanting anyway).

thx for the info bb1.. one last thing, if i do a bulking diet (i wont get into the specifics, but high calorie, high carb, about 1.2 grams of protein per lb)do u think i will get decent size gains, or this program is for the most part purely for strength.. thx
