ok me an my friend are both 17 an we started working out i wanted to know if this is too much for us or if its good
Bicycles-30 reps for 3 sets followed by a 2-3 minute break.

Sit-ups- 30 reps for 3 sets followed by a 2-3 minute break.

Crunches- 15 reps for 3 sets followed by a 2-3 minute break.

One-Armed Seated Triceps Press-15 reps, 3 sets, 2-3 minute break.

Pushups- 20 reps, 3 sets, 2 minute break.

Dumbbell curl-15 reps, 3 sets, 2 minute break.

Dumbbell Flyes- 15 reps, 3 sets, 2 minute break.

Ps2, where are the leg exercises? The back exercises?
Go with a total body workout. You'll get much better results with that than trying to spot build.

Have you tried using one of the FT programs? It will help tremendously!
