I saw an post, " sample meal plans" and it was for bodybuilders... i was wondering if there are any sample meal plans that i could get for just weght and bf loss

Shanda, check out the WSSC diet. I have been on it, and am not a bodybuilder, just looking for weight and BF loss myself. The high protien, low carbs and moderate fat intake really do help cut the BF down. Asimmer posted a few examples of what to eat for each of your 5-6 meals on that thread as well. Good luck!

Losing weight is all about calories. Any 'diet' you find you can adhere to yhour lifestyle(live with) will serve the purpose.

Don't believe it? See how many folks swear by Atkins, or the folks who swear by Pritikin, or the low carb diet, and on and on. They simply found one that they could live with and did it.
