Can anyone please give me some hints on meal planning so i can get the right balance for proteins/carbs i am interested in losing those extra pounds for the summer and world cup

Gary - Have you checked out the stickies at the top of this forum? If you're just asking what foods to eat there's a Grocery List that has the right kind of foods to have around. If it's just planning, you need to figure out your caloric needs and break that down into multiple smaller meals with the majority of your carbs earlier in the day. Works for me and the folks at work will sooner or later quit making jokes about how often you eat. :) You'll probably find your protein intake isn't nearly high enough. Use the fitBuddy search engine at the bottom of the page and search for things like carb fat protein and there'll be a ton of posts.
