Am I missing it, or is there not a meal planning tool at ft similar to something like bodycraft that helps you plan your meals?

In all honesty, how diverse can you be with only 12 hours in a day and a certain regiment to meet? A lot of programs share the same meal planning tools. You're right though.

12 hours? that's all? I wish..(just pokin)Well, sandman, when your a newbie trying to change some VERY bad habits, the most guidance you can get is really really helpful. Especially when you don't have a clue about proper eating habits.

Okay. Here's a tip that I use. Try to eat every two hours. I use a stop watch so I can time it to the "T". Now honestly, both you and I know that no one's perfect and you're going to miss a meal, so two hours really isn't two hours; it actually ends up being three or three-and-a-half hours when you first start off. This is actually good because most can't even eat that often when they first start. It's a good way to use psychology on yourself. If you're trying to bulk up though, like me, then you'll want to try and keep it to two hours. Hope this is useful to yah.
