As you can tell, I'm poor. My budget only allots $30 a week for food ($120 a month). Am I kidding myself that I can come up with a health diet on this budget?
I also don't eat red meet so I stick to chicken, pork, turkey and the like for my meats. I have been exercising for 4 weeks now and I look fatter. I am however stronger then I was before so I'm guessing that the mussel is just building under the fat. Mostly in the chest, belly and love handles areas. So I figured it would be a good time for a change of diet to try and maximize my results.
I would appreciate any help I could get coming up with a proper diet plan.
