i was wondering if anyone could help me develop a meal program...i'm currently taking creatine and glutamine...i was wondering how much protein...fat...ect i should be consuming on a given day...if anyone could help me i would be greatful...thanks matt
Without knowing your weight and your goals it is hard to help you. There is a calculator here on FT that will help you with both nutrition and exercise programs designed to your needs.
