am taking lean body(meal replacement) and had a question, before which i am giving my meal timings:-
11.30 am brunch(protein/carbs)

1.30 pm coffee

3.30 pm fruits/sandwhich

6.00 pm peanuts

7.30 pm pre workout meal (protein powder w/milk and egg sandwich)

8.30 -10.00 pm workout

10.15 pm- post workout(half packet nytro 40 w/milk and 1-2 bananas)

11.00 pm dinner

2.00 am milk

Is it a good idea to take a half packet of nytro 40 before sleeping(i say half packet cuz the other half i take postworkout) or is it better to take it during the afternoon when i am not getting much protein, as opposed to the night when i am getting quite a number of meals(protein).
2.would it be a good idea to variate by taking it sometimes in the night and sometimes in the afternoon.
3.Is it ok that i consume my dinner 45 mins after my post workout meal?i try to keep the dinner as light as possible.
4.Should i consume more carbs(bananas) in my post workout meal?
my approx p/c/f ratio are 150/250/40 gms.
I hope you could help me out as i am not in a postion to consume more than 1lean body pack per day due tohigh costs/monetary reasons.

Sorry, hit wrong button...anyway, you mention Lean Body, and also Nytro Pro40. Either is pretty good, I like the Nytro Pro, but the choice is yours. I would suggest even though you say you cannot afford it, to do at least one more in the afternoon, as you readily admit, you are not getting much protein then. You can play with your carbs some always, but constant protein feedings are a must if you are training hard. Between 1 and 7 is a long time to go with some peanuts and coffee and a sandwich. As far as your second question, even sooner for your post workout meal is fine if you can, the sooner the better. And your light dinner? Again, depends on your goals. After your post workout shake, a whole food meal should follow within 1 1/2 hours. I am assuming by your FT handle that you are male, and working out with heavy weights. If diet is not an issue, (fat) then I would not only add more carbs, but more than 1/2 pack of Nytro. that is not enough protein, only 20 gr. Each packet has 40. I would consume at the very least one whole one, if not half mixed with the same amount of some good whey. This is all under the assumption that I mentioned. It would really help if you filled out your profile. You leave many things out to guess at.

Thanx bb1 fit for your awnsers. So let me clarify that eating dinner 45 mins after post-workout meal is o.k?
Also would it be a good idea to take lean body right before sleeping(will it lead to fat),cuz they say that whatever you eat before sleeping makes you fat.
And finally but most important,is it a good idea to variate between taking lean body sometimes in the night and sometimes in the afternoon, or is it better to be consistent and stick to one time?

If you eat carbs and fat b4 sleeping it will lead to fatty tissue, but not protien.
