Measuring Portions

I have a measuring cup and I could probably fit what I eat all day on one plate, lol. How do you get the calorie, protein (and all that) content amount of what you have eaten so you can keep track.

Though I've gained weight because of being immobile, I have never gained weight because I eat the wrong things, but I would like to start some healthy eating habbits.
