Hi I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycaemia and Im supposed to do a sort of diet with 7 or 8 meals per day with no simple carvs , no sweets no potatoes ...and all the rest but still I want to go on having a nutrition for gym ... but when I go to the gym I get really dizzy after the first hour and I dont know what to do .. the doctor told me to quit the gym , No way im doing that...

Your blood sugar is getting too low if that's the problem. I'd work with your doctor to try to find a workout and nutrition program that's suitable for your condition - but I wouldn't do anything unless he OK's it. Don't substitute advice from someone on a message board for your physician.

Consult 1-2 other doctors...then go see a nutritionist....to give you many options from which you can ame your diet....if you can't eat simple carbs..fine consume complex like yams, and sweet potatoes,...or combine both ....so you get a little burst in the beginning to help you with your workouts and complex carbs to sustain you...through the whole workout....

your doctor is more qualified than any of us on this board to give you advice...however...seek help fo 1-2 other doctors to be better informed...afterall he's also only 1 person...
