I'm new to this whole thing and of course my weight shows it; I'm 6'1 360 pounds male. Yesterday I just bought some hand weights and a medicine ball and I'm planning to do your home workout; I would attend a local gym but don't have the extra money. My question; is there any good exercise to do with this ball? It weigh 10 pounds.

There is one I've seen, but you need a second person... you stand back to back with the other person, holding the ball in your hands. You then twist and pass it to the person behind you... you turn to the left and then receive the ball on the right from your partner.

There are tons of thing to do with a medicine ball. Do an online search for medicine ball exercises.
I like mine for rotational lunges, squats with a jump at the top, overhead triceps extensions, push-upps with one hand on the med ball, crunches with the ball above your chest.... so many possibiliites.
Have fun and welcome to freetrainers!!!!
