I just purchased a 12 pound medicine ball to intensify my ab workout. The problem is my workout partner and I only know two two-man exercises with it--crunches and twists. I would like to know as many two-man drills as possible so i could give my wourkout a little variety. Intense drills are prefered.

Try this one. you and your Partner Lie feet to feet, Do alternating Crunches, and when you get to the Top, throw the ball to your partner, he catches it, and starts to go down on his crunch, as he comes up, he toss's it back to you.

Or Do the same type Exercise but one at a time on a Decline bench, just have your partner stand infront of you.

Just some Idea's to Spice things up ;)
