Try this one. you and your Partner Lie feet to feet, Do alternating Crunches, and when you get to the Top, throw the ball to your partner, he catches it, and starts to go down on his crunch, as he comes up, he toss's it back to you.
Or Do the same type Exercise but one at a time on a Decline bench, just have your partner stand infront of you.
Just some Idea's to Spice things up ;)
