I bought "Mega Creatine" from GNC, it tells me to take it on an empty stomach and not to eat 1/2 hour after working out. Does this include protein shakes? It also does not require loading. Did I just waste my $$?

Usually, when the directions tell you not to eat, they mean actual food...not drinks.

Also, you should look for the Creapure stamp on the creatine product you buy. This signifies purity and is the best type of creatine you can purchase.

It is best to take creatine on an empty stomach so that all can be absorbed in your system, if you take a protine shake thats good because it adds good stuff into your system. As far as the loading fase i dont think there is one for cratine I think you just use a directed
