i started drinking Mega Mass 4000... it say Serving Size: 6 Scoops Servings per container: 3 ok what does that exactly means? 3 drinks a day of 6 scoops each? |

Well based on what you said no. It's saying that to make one shake use 6 of the scoops that came with it. And that the whole bottle you bought will make three shakes. -------------- And my soul must be iron, because my fear is naked. I'm naked and fearless. |

Hmm... are u sure? its a 2.9lbs one... so it will only last 3 days? will i get any results with that? hmm lol looks like its a LOT for a drink... 6 scoops... the scoop of there is 1 CUP lol it will be a 6 CUPs of mega mass 4000... are you complete sure is that way? |

it say that u must drink 6 scoops at max per day, u could manage it anyway u want... u can drink 2 times a day with 3 scoops each... |

this is what it say:INSTRUCTIONS: As a supplement mix in a bender with water, milk or juice. Depending on your coloric necessities, use up to 6 scoops of Mega Mass 4000. well 6 scoops = 2000 calories... im supossed to get a 2975 daily calories diet (freetrainers program say so) so what u think? maybe is in that way u are telling me? maybe it is, it makes sense... i dunno help me out here please, thats all it say on the instructions... |

Ok GiaNJC, first of all if ft recommends 2,975 total calories per day, you should divide that amount into 5-7 meals...not 1 or 2! With the weight gainer, you're already going to get 2,000 calories from 1 sitting. So, instead of mixing 6 scoops, cut it in half or third per day. This stuff is supposed to just help you meet your daily caloric requirement...it shouldn't be your ONLY source of calories!-------------- **_Robert_** Pain is temporary; glory is forever! |

I see. It is based on body weight then, okay well on that note then let me ask this. Does the site assume that you are at 8% or a set % when it does it's calculations? Basically since I have about 20lbs of fat still, by following my nutrition plan from here am I over eating? -------------- And my soul must be iron, because my fear is naked. I believe it goes by your height, weight and goals. If you think you are overeating, try scaling back on your caloric intake by 500 per day...and do this for a week. ohh well im 1,68 meter and like 55KG of weith... i dunno thats what it say on freetrainers 2975 calories per day... i chose the mass program... lol maybe is too low? im 16 years old though... |
