I am sitting here feeling like crap tonight, I'm cranky, I'm achy....I'd chew my own arm off (or anybody else's for that matter) for a plate of fried catfish and slaw....I'm restless and yet I haven't the energy to do a damn thing. If all the Motrin I've eaten for my cramps don't kill me it'll be a miracle....and there is a good possibility that I might bleed to death within the hour.
Why is it that the older I get the more it seems like I'm going into puberty again? I experienced a tubal pregnancy a little over a year ago and my cycles have been hellish ever since...could that be a reason for this insanity?
I HATE not feeling good.

Poor dfly, you know I sympathize with you. Yes, our cycles do change as we age, sometimes for the better and sometimes not.
I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that the tube is scarred from the damage and may somehow be screwing up the post-ovulation phase. Try to keep track and see if you can tell when you ovulate on that side and if you can correlate the increased symptoms with that. If you can, and I wouldn't be surprised, you should tell your doctor.
Meanwhile, grab your jar of peanut butter and head outside with your ball bat. And get some rest, you've been working entirely too hard opening your wonderful new day spa. I think you should sign up for a few of your services, it would do you a world of good.

Sorry you're feeling miserable Julienne.. can you cuddle up on the couch with hec, a heating pad, and a six pack or bottle of wine and a couple movies? Oooh and a couple of (chocolate) cigars too... I find laziness extremely attractive when I feel like crap.
Sometimes it helps to get up and get out and do something, but other times you just have to roll with it and do absolutely nothing.
I am just ramping up and dreading next week myself, I am one of those lucky people who gets to have PMS for two weeks, and then the fun REALLY begins.. <sob>

i dont get the PMS at all. my cycles are fairly regular. sometimes i have cramping on the first day so i just use that as my day of rest but other than that i'm fine.
i find exercise helps me feel better. its gets the endorphins goin ya know? especially in the morning. it really wakes me up. staying in bed all day does nothing for your spirit/motivation.
