In your menstrual period would you loose more blood in your workouts because of your blood circulation and if that happens would you feel weak and queezy.

I workout when I'm on my period and I feel A-Okay. I don't bleed any more that usual.

Nope I feel fine as well (you asked this question because of your dizziness during aerobic? Maybe that could be the problem for you though...)

No, when you have your period, you are not actually bleeding. The red substance you are losing is the lining from your uterus being discharged. It's made up of blood and plasma and other goodies. It's completely separate from your circulation system. However working out can affect your period in other ways. It can be lighter, you can have fewer cramps, and the wooziness you describe could be a result of increased metabolism during your period. You might try eating a little more, perhaps some cottage cheese and toast an hour or so before you work out, and that might help. If you still have troubles, I'd talk to my doctor about it.
