Hi!

I'm hoping someone around here can help me out. I've got my workout plans which I can follow easily but the nutrition part is killing me.

My problem is that I'm not good AT ALL at arranging meals. The thought of trying to do it for 6 meals daily is daunting. I know the caloric goal, grams of protein, carbs and fats that I need to hit. I'd be willing to pay for some software or service that I could give my nutritional goals to and a menu could be generated.

I figure I'd be able to find something but so far all I've found is Trainer's Edge which looks like a nice program but my wife and I are on different nutritional plans and I can't justify paying 200 bucks for 2 people.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Why don't you use the program here? You have the professional package so you could enter whole meals as foods in your "saved foods" and then each day you just get on here and plug in which of the meals you ate. It will take a little work on your part to input the information but you can save it and then retrieve it each time you are updating your nutrion information.

Okay you'd go to the nutrition tracker and then select your saved meal from the "your customized foods" section. I guess you'd have to manually add up the nutrition information for each food component of the meal, but then you won't have to do it again ever for the meal and you can mix and match your meals as you please without worrying about what you eat- the nutrition tracker will help you make sure you don't overeat or under eat.

And if this isn't want you wanted help with I'm fresh out of ideas for you. :love:
