Hi everyone, quick question about Micronised creatine by Met-Rx..I'm about to start my cycle and was wondering if anyone has used this product?, also on the container it says 2 servings for the first 5 days this = 10grams and then 1 serving for maintenance=5garms. Is this enough? I have read up to 20grams for loading and 10 for maintenance. Any feedback would be appreciated greatly.

First of all skip the loading phase it will do more hrm than good. Secondly with your bodyweight only take 5-7 grams per day immediatly following training or first thing in the morning before breakfast on non training days. Also there is an occurance of kidney irritaion associated with creatine supplementation so if you experience an odd low back pain drop the dosage slightly & it should go away within a couple days. one final note be sure to mix it with some gatorade or a protien shake with alot of dextrose as it will help in absorbtion, good luck.

The only thing that skipping the loading phase will due is take a little longer for a person to see results. No harm there. When I first started using creatine, I skipped the loading phase and that didn't harm me. Still got great gains, but it may have taken longer. Even to this day, I still have not run into anybody that has had kidney problems due to creatine. (And let's not state the obvious problems, i.e. kidney problems, not drinking enough water and all those other good things that uneducated folks like not to do). Take your creatine however you want. You will see results either way.

One thing that may add to your gains on creatine is taking a dose of 5 gr. right before your workout, and 5 gr. immediately following with your post workout shake. This regimine has worked well for me.
