anyone herd of meta-cel? i was just woundering if it was the real deal or if it was as useless as n-02

Funny you should ask. Basically Meta-cel is creatine with some delivery enhancers. I was low on Creatine and an add at my gym keeps hawking Meta-cel - what the hell, I bought some.

And after 10 days, I think I see a difference. They promise 28 days, I'll just see and let you know. Of course the benefit might simply be my expectation of benefit and pushing harder - but the weights are increasing - so is my body weight - but staying lean.

Its at least as good as creatine - which is really what it is.
