Hmmmm personally I start to get hungry after every two hours or so and if I don't eat I'll start to jitter......
AND if I eat something veeeeery bad lol like a biiiig bag of terrible candies well then I feel my body ten times more active (I almost start to sweat!) but that's also because of the evil insuline spike....... :(

it surprised me the first time i found out that the human body was not suposed to eat just 3 meals a day but 5-7 smaller ones a day the body needs to be refuled every 2 to 3 hours and as long as you dont stuff yourself you should feel hungry at the right time. also thing of you body as a car it needs fuel and if you fuel up first thing in the morning it will act as a gas hog and i think you might even find yourself with alot more energy.

Yah I usually eat 6 times aday. its all in different proportions though, big breakie, lunch is usually my after workout meal or pre workout meal, supper is smaller and few snacks in between, I keep some a tack on it, so its just knowing that you are hungry all the time then huh?

I had a physical done prior to starting. My metabolism was right on target. I knew the basics and researched tons of info. Researching refreshed this old gray matter on info I had forgotten about. It takes time to rev up the metabolism before it became noticeable for me. What I was eating throughout the day was not enough. I was so darn hungry all the time. I became sluggish, grouchy and lighthead. The jitters was also another thing I experienced. Tracking my lean body mass was another thing. I started to lose LBM. Noooo I need that muscle to lose this BF. I raised my calories and felt more energetic, starting gaining muscle again and continued to lose the BF. I will be getting tested soon to compare the results. When I do I will be more then happy to share. I do know this much; BP: 117/70 resting pulse rate: 84 Now BP: 90/55 RPR: 63
Take care and Best Wishes!

-------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle
