hi there...im kinda new around here and ive been reading the forums almost religously for the past few weeks and there are like so many burning questions i would like to get off my pecs..i mean chest. Ive started using metacuts a thermogenic formula in order to speed up my fat loss..the thing is that i take it on an empty stomach in the morning before doin my cardio...is this advisable? are there any side effects like peptic ulcers? Another question(hope u giuys would bear wif me:) is that wats the recommended dosage..coz in the package it says 4 capsules but i think its suited for caucasians and im asian.
