I've never really experienced this before, but for the last month, every day, I almost fall asleep at my desk around 9 o clock. I struggle for about a half hour like this, and then feel fine the rest of the day. I sleep 7-8 hours a night, have a breakfast of 5 egg whites, oatmeal, and milk at 6:00, 1 tbs of flax seed oil at 7:00, 1/2 cup of soy nuts at 8:00, and granola bar at 9:30. Is there something I should change in my diet to prevent this mid-morning crash?
