Dose anyone else out there do this? I wake up about 1 or 2 in the night and have a protein shake. its great for the bodys recovery.

my sleep is important so I don't
why dont you just eat some cottage before bed time, slow releassing protein.
just my 2p

when dieting for competition, i wake up starving and chug a protein shake and go back to bed, yeah.

if you are not in a competition, i wouldn´t recommend to get up for it. but when getting up for pee as an example you can take advantage of this and drink your shake.
besides, dont you have a pre-bed meal? i think this is enough and no need to get up in the middle of the night

if your bulking a protein shake in the miidle of the night is pretty good.
