Just joined to try the site out and see what it has to offer. Looks good so far. I have about 40 lbs or so to lose, increase cardio and muscle mass. Main obstacle is myself. Gym is enroute to work, so no problem there. Just getting out of bed earlier is the challenge (5:30am) as I hate to workout after a long day at work.
